How to make Yoghurt


Requirement

  • 400g of milk
  • Two (2) litres of warm water
  • Half (1/2) a cup of culture
  • Sugar
  • Flavour

Procedure

Step 1:     Pour two (2) litres of warm water into a container with cover.
Step 2:     Dissolve 400g of milk (stir until no lumps)
Step 3:    Add half (1/2) a cup of culture and stir
Step 4:    Wrap up in a warm place for eight (8) hours
Step 5:    Take it out stir for regular consistency
Step 6:    Add sugar and flavour to taste
Step 7:    Refrigerate to desired temperature

Note: The cooler the better
